Delivery Information

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), with same-day dispatch for orders placed before 1:30pm GMT.

UK Delivery Options

Includes Channel Islands and Northern Ireland.

Standard Delivery

• Our standard delivery fee is £3.49, FREE when you spend over £30.00
• We aim to deliver your order within 2–4 working days from the date it is handed over to our courier; however, this timeframe is not guaranteed.

Express Delivery

• Our express delivery fee is £4.99
• We aim to deliver your order within 1-2 working days from the date it is handed over to our courier; however, this timeframe is not guaranteed.

Click and Collect

• Click & Collect is available free of charge from our office in Staplehurst, Kent
• Orders are usually ready within 2 hours, collection is available Monday - Friday before 4pm.
